KemFine offers a wide range of custom manufacturing services for the production of RSMs and advanced pharmaceutical intermediates under a GMP quality system, in accordance with ICHQ7a guidelines.

KemFine has over 300 m³ of capacity to manufacture products at various stages of a drug's life cycle, from the development phase through to post-launch.

Our pilot plant facilities provide rapid access to kg quantities, allowing new chemical entities to enter the market faster. For more advanced projects (100 kgs - tons) a range of 2-6 m³ reactors can easily be reconfigured to meet specific customer needs.

Larger scale manufacturing can be undertaken at either site depending on the assets and technologies required and increased levels of automation can be readily applied to ensure best economics.

Our wide range of technologies, combined with specialized equipment such as two cryogenic reactors and a Buss-Loop reactor for hydrogenations, ensure smooth and efficient implementation of customer manufacturing programs.
